Hired by the BC government to help get BC youth excited about career exploration, Cossette created JobFest 2012. A 52-stop rock concert style tour, JobFest showcased BC
labour market info, interactive career exploration tools and invited young people to audition
their bands for a chance to appear on the main stage to open for the headliners. Cossette
designed and executed the concept, branding, logos, advertising campaign (print, radio,
transit, OOH, ambient, and online), website, social media, and event elements, including
tour truck, tents, banners, signage, event staff uniforms, and promo giveaways (guitar
picks, t-shirts, temporary tattoos, and DVDs).
