Creative idea: The problem that people from outside UK face is that staying in Liverpool hotels the other kind of plugs doesn't allow one to use the electricity. As Liverpool is European Capital of Culture in 2008, we decided to use that problem as a source for finding a solution for communicating Tallinn as European Capital of Culture in 2011. Now Foundation Tallinn 2011 has provided all the Liverpool hotels with enough (European standard) plugs to fulfill all the tourists needs, reminding them at the same time to come to Tallinn in 2011.
