Description of Ambient execution
The Nike Human Race is a 10k run, which takes place simultaneously in various major cities around the world. In Berlin the event took place in line with the Festival of Lights as its spectacular closing act. To raise awareness for the race and to recruit participants for it, we developed a spectacular light installation, matching the Festival of Lights: the human countdown. It was projected onto the Berlin Stadthaus, one of the most significant buildings in the city. The numbers on the shirts of various runners displayed the remaining time to the start of the race.
