The brief was to create a viral for the ‘Saatchi & Saatchi New Directors Showcase 2008 - Call For Entries’ to be sent to production companies encouraging them to send in their hot new directors’ show reels for consideration for the Showcase.

Solution:
In the viral acclaimed director Chris Palmer who, whilst on the shoot of his latest masterpiece is brutally assassinated by a young guy who immediately takes over and begins directing the commercial himself. At the end a title appears: ‘WANT TO TAKE OVER? SUBMIT YOUR WORK FOR THE SAATCHI & SAATCHI NEW DIRECTORS’ SHOWCASE.’

Result:
Highest ever entries numbers, numerous youtube hits, press coverage.
