Art painted by car wheels and cars painted by artists. This public art installation features a 30-foot by 40-foot section of "Expression of Joy," a painting by Robin Rhode. The contemporary artist used a 2009 BMW Z4 Roadster with paint dispensers mounted behind its wheels to create the football-size painting--check back tomorrow for a behind-the-scenes look at the work. The four BMW Art Cars designed by Andy Warhol (above), Frank Stella, Roy Lichtenstein and Robert Rauschenberg will also be on display. The two-week exhibit opens today.Client: BMW
