Context
At the start of 2008 the prohibition on smoking in public places in France became general. DNF decided to launch a campaign to go along with this new law.

Philosophy/Solution
Prohibiting smoking in public places is a major public health issue. To convince that smoke is harmful not just to the smoker, we choose to convey a new piece of information : Passive smoke is even more harmful than the smoke inhaled by the smokers! In other words passive smokers are at the worst end of the cigarette.
