MVO: Yeah per... I know, I know so that's great..umm and my nails are looking a little bit rough so
if you could get somebody over just to give them a bit of a polish?

FVO: No we don't arrange, no.

MVO: What about a spa? A little bit of steam you know? Take the stress off, unwind.

SFX: Travel agent hangs up
