Brief Explanation
This radio spot was one of two Heineken spots that aired in specific regional American markets
to illustrate Heineken's relationship with that city. This spot aired in the Mid-Atlantic City,
Baltimore, Maryland and the Dutch characters in it are speaking with very precise Baltimore
slang terms as well as eating crabs, a Baltimore delicacy. They are constantly calling each other
"hon" which is very common in Baltimore and the football cheer and dog-barking noises is the
rallying cry of the local football team, the Baltimore Ravens, also known as "The Purple and
Black attack."
