SFX: Pause

COP: You just stole a Bait Car.

COP: It has a hidden camera inside and we’ve been watching you for blocks.

Brief Explanation
This is a Vancouver Police program where they randomly park "Bait Cars" around town. If a thief steals the car - a GPS system and a video camera are activated and the police are alerted. The police then shut down the car and arrest the thief.
