SFX: Splashing
FVO1: Trev’s been working weekends lately and Jem's off with her new boyfriend, yeah, so mostly it’s just me and little Mish...
FVO2: Oh really?
FVO1: (Muffled) Yeah, she said the funniest thing the other day actually.
SFX: Coughing and splashing
FVO1: I was just putting dinner out onto the table and I called her in the backyard. And do you know what she said?
SFX: Conversation is muffled.
FVO1: (Muffled) 'Just a minute!’ I mean, where did she get that from?
SFX: Coughing and splashing
FVO1: It was so funny! I mean she’s only five, you know.
ANN: Keep watch. Because you can only save them, if you can see them.
Brief Explanation
A conversation is heard from the perspective of a child playing in a swimming pool. We can hear her mum and an older woman chatting nearby, but as the ad progresses it becomes clear that she is drowning because the conversation she’s hearing becomes muffled as she disappears underwater, therefore highlighting the need to give swimming children your full attention.
