Woman: (agitated) Woman, white, 42, serious cardiac arrhythmia.
Man: (agitated) Presumable cause?
Woman: (agitated) She was walking downtown with her husband and he suddenly pulled out a diamond ring and then said it was for her.
VO: This year, go for her heart. Surprise her with a Leo Cut Diamond.
