MVO1: Speaking for roosters everywhere, I want to encourage you to go to McDonald’s for breakfast. Because I know, if you have that to look forward to, you won’t be so mad at us if we wake you in the morning. Excuse me...ahem...COCK-A-DOODLE-DOOOO!
MVO2: Shut up!
MVO1: Hey, go to McDonald’s! I mean, I’m just doing my job.
ANN: Start your day with an Egg McMuffin sandwich from McDonald’s. Fresh-cracked egg. Canadian-style bacon. A slice of American cheese on a toasted English muffin.
MVO1: McDonald’s. I’m lovin’ it.
SFX: McDonald’s mnemonic
ANN: At participating McDonald’s.
Brief Explanation
The rooster: nature’s alarm clock. For thousands of years, roosters have been waking up people all around the world with their incessant break-of-day crowing. Needless to say, not everyone is excited to hear them in the morning. So roosters are glad to be spreading the word about delicious McDonald’s breakfast. Because if you’ve got that to look forward to, you won’t be so mad at them for waking you up.
