Script in English
MVO1: Hey, it’s your heart here and I gotta get something off my chest. You know how most
body parts act like they’re so important. Well, the truth is, you lose a finger or a toe, it’s no big
deal: you got nine more of each. They’re spare parts! That’s why there’s no poetry about kidneys.
There’s no haikus to the lungs. And as far as love songs go, no one’s ever left their hip in San
Francisco. But the heart? How would you know you’re in love without it? You think your bladder’s gonna
skip a beat, or your frontal lobe is gonna get all tingly? And on Valentine’s Day, what are you
gonna do? You gonna give her a box of chocolate shaped like a nose? Or a brain? The brain.
Please. The news is filled with people who’ve done fine without one. But if your heart was
stolen, broken, crushed, or lost, well... kiss your other parts good-bye. So, what’s the moral of
the story? Take care of your heart. Watch your diet, exercise it, and eat plenty of Cheerios.
They're made from whole grain oats. Which studies show can help lower cholesterol as part of a
heart healthy diet. In advance, thank you, from the bottom of me.
