MVO:August the 18th 2004 A Finnish expedition is on its way from last base camp to the top of Mount Everest. The weather is looking good but at 8600 meters they are taken by an avalanche. The 8-man team slides down the mountain ridge and are thrust down a 700-meter drop.

MVO:But then, carrying an enormous bungee cord comes Arni Gautar Arason, from Vålerenga football club. Arni tethers the bungee cord to the mountain, ties it around his legs and throws himself down the drop after the team. Like a projectile Arni flyes down the drop and gathers the team in his safe arms. They all fly up again past the edge of the cliff and are flung up to 8850 meters where Arni plants the mountaineers at the very summit of Mount Everest.
