Brief Explanation
Spots are in the form of a telephone dialogue. We played pre-recorded language school tapes to employees of restaurants and car repair shops. Because of their bad language skills they did not realise that everything was recorded, neither would they have done any business with a real foreign customer. The solution to this problem is EF-Language School.
