Brief Explanation
The idea is simply that the commercial has been moved from one radio channel to another. If you listen to P4 you will be told that the commercial has been moved to Radio 1 and vice versa.
The radio spot is without sound both before and after the message to point out that it has been moved and that the moving company can move anything, even sound.
