Script in English

SFX: Television in background

MVO: Margaret, the bloody television’s stuck on that Lesbian show again.
I’ll tell you what, there’s two kinds of lesbians. There’s the ugly ones who look like they’ve been hit by a bloody bus. They’re just too far-gone to get themselves a bloke. Then there’s a few bloody gorgeous ones, who like showing off. I don’t know which is worse, the ones you don’t want or the ones you can’t bloody have.

There’s a couple of gorgeous ones, going at it hammer and bloody tongs. Look, it’s not what Jesus would have wanted, how’s the human race supposed to continue with that kind of carry on? Mind you, if ever there was a time that women could get each other up the duff, this would be bloody it.

SFX: Vacuum cleaner

MVO: Get out of the way woman, I can’t see them.

ANN: The L Word. Lesbians going at it hammer and tongs. Sunday 9.30pm. It’s on Prime.
Brief Explanation

Brief: Raise awareness of the new season of The L Word on Prime TV to urban 28-49 year-old men and women with modern liberal lifestyles. The campaign needed to reach beyond the obvious gay market and reach the broader straight market that would be attracted to the show’s raunchiness.

Solution: The theme of The L Word – lipstick lesbian love life in L.A. – is salacious and provocative. This radio campaign was created with a very black take on how people would be disgusted by it yet compelled to watch it, doing it as directly as the programme itself deals with lesbian sex.
