ANNCR: (muffled, inaudible) Earwax is produced by all of us. It is a common, yet easily treatable cause of deafness and discomfort.
Earwax only causes problems when it builds up. This may be due to over-production of wax in the ear, difficulties in the natural clearance of the wax, like narrow or hairy ear canals, or working in dusty environments.

Brief Explanation
The first part of this advert is barely audible and very muffled, creating the effect of ears "clogged" up with wax.
