The motorcycle manufacturer’s new campaign, “Screw It, Let’s Ride,” throws nation-wide economic strife, war and skyrocketing gas prices to the wind in favor of chrome-plated escape and road therapy. The effort included a full-page ad in USA Today last week; more pages are slated to run in Sports Illustrated and other magazines. The campaign Web site allows users to submit Ad Lib-style “rally cries” by customizing highlighted portions of the pictured message. “Screw It, Let’s Ride” branded bandanas are also available at select Harley dealers.
