Brief Explanation
As a visual artist, Andy wanted to visually communicate his profession as an artist even before recipients read the text.

Client Brief Or Objective
Andy Yang is a professional artist with an established reputation. Over the past 11 years, he has worked with myriad clients, in particular advertising and design agencies. In recent years, Andy became known for his bold experimental works. One of his most successful works is a series of paintings created as a result of his reaction to musical soundscapes which he himself composed and performed. He briefed us to update his branding collaterals to better showcase his new artistic direction.

Andy recieved many positive comments about his new stationery. His brand name was firmly cemented as an artist who broke convention and pushed the limits of everyday design.

We decided to use the client's art as a literal canvas for his branding collaterals. We laid out various paper stocks on which he painted directly. These paintings were then put through the letter press, and made into different stationery. The result: collaterals that are in effect original art pieces.
