Describe the challenges and key objectives
The challenge was to create, not a decorative identity but a functional one.

Describe the brief from the client

Arch Idea is a young architectural bureau in Moscow, Russia, specialising in architecture and interior design. The main goal was to create a clear and strong identity that had to be flexible and reflective of a very precise attitude to work and creativity.

Describe how you arrived at the final design
The logo combines both the shape of a speech balloon and the outlines of a floor plan. The floor plan graphics are also used in stationery layouts: text blocks attached to the logo like rooms. The type is reminiscent of the Official Federal Standard font used by the architects.

Give some indication of how successful the outcome was in the market
The identity was successfully applied and have become recognisable on architectural exhibitions, where the client participated.
