Media placement: Marketing Collateral Kit - To Be Used By The Executives Of Autonomy, Owner Of The Development - January 21, 2012

Describe the brief from the client
To develop marketing collateral material to Rochaverá, Latin America’s largest triple A office complex, housing the headquarters of some of the world’s leading companies, such as Dow Chemical, LG, PepsiCo, SAP, Boehringer Ingelheim. The kit should highlight the unique aspects of the development to the corporate market in São Paulo; a billion-dollar business, thus the presentation of the material should live up to the challenge.

Describe the challenges and key objectives
The greatest challenge was to develop the marketing kit as a unique piece, which would convey the same sophistication and exclusivity as Rochaverá’s. In addition to aesthetic values, it should also communicate the building’s technical features and differentials to prospective investors.

Describe how you arrived at the final design
The starting point was to turn a building with state-of-the-art architecture into a true work of art – 5 of Brazil’s foremost photographers were invited to develop photo-essays of the complex, depicting, through their perspectives, the shapes and volumes of the buildings. The selected images were printed on Canson Infinity Edition Etching Rag 310g/m2 100% cotton paper, signed by the photographers, and delivered in a special box, along with a book containing the main features of the complex.

Give some indication of how successful the outcome was in the market
The material became an object of desire, facilitating access to meetings and opening the way to sales negotiations.
