Describe the challenges and key objectives
The main aim of the programme, apart from its eminent informative character, was to transmit the idea that during the festival week, the town was going to be infected by a toxic movement that could wake you up from lethargy and make you think by yourself.

Describe the brief from the client
The Festival of contemporary Art of Yecla is organised by the City Town Hall. It is characterised by its invasion of public space by the artists from different disciplines. Its urban and rebellious spirit had to be stamped on each one of the elements of communication.

Describe how you arrived at the final design
For this reason, we planned a programme that played with black and yellow colours, natural colours that warn you of danger and the sentence TOXIC MOVEMENT as leitmotif and metaphor of the actions that were going to be developed during the event. Furthermore, the texts were placed in a slanted way with the photoluminiscent ink that glowed in the dark. This way, we got to transmit the idea of “danger”, action and toxicity within the same element.

Give some indication of how successful the outcome was in the market
We made two versions of the covers (one yellow and the other one black) so that we could leave them in bars, cultural centres and other leisure places in the town, in large quantities, attracted people and were, on the whole, a sign of warning. The result was the invasion of Yecla in a very striking way considering the limited budget.
