Describe the brief from the client
On September 12th 2010 it was announced: The Red Dot Design Award elected BBDO Germany as “Agency of the Year 2010”. And for the day of the award ceremony, they requested a filmic representation of the agency.

Highlighting the complete portfolio of achievements of the entire German BBDO Group.

Describe how you arrived at the final design
We took a canon. Not any canon. But the most famous one. We added a new copy, had the canon arranged by a Broadway composer and had it sung by the best New Yorker barbershop quartet.

Give some indication of how successful the outcome was in the market
The 81 seconds of perfectly integrated functioning disciplines led to numerous calls and more than a few new briefings from already existing clients as well as a huge interest from companies interested in working with us after seeing the film, or having heard from it through mouth-to-mouth propaganda.
