Describe the brief from the client
‘Feed It’ is an inspirational speaking series at Colle+McVoy that brings in thought leaders within the industry and beyond. The mission is to inform and inspire both employees of the agency and its clients. Past guests have included Scott Belsky, Robert Stephens and Alex Bogusky.

Describe the challenges and key objectives
The major obstacle when creating the ‘Feed It’ identity was the fact that it was an internal challenge. This allowed us freedom to brand ourselves without client-influence, but it also granted us the (sometimes detrimental) ability to be overly critical.

Describe how you arrived at the final design
After exploring a handful of concepts – some typographic, some illustrative – we landed on a logotype that implicitly conveys a broad idea of learning, without being too literal.

Give some indication of how successful the outcome was in the market
The Feed It series has featured several well-known speakers, Scott Belsky, Robert Stephens and Alex Bogusky. Feedback from clients and employees has been that the series is both beneficial and inspiring.
