Describe the brief from the client
Create a memorable and unique business card that people with a credit crisis can relate to.

Describe the challenges and key objectives
We created this unique business card for the Credit Counselling Society by reproducing a plastic credit card and then cutting it in half. The name of the client and telephone number were embossed on the business card in the same way they would appear as a card holder’s name and credit card number on a real credit card.

Describe how you arrived at the final design
The design was born from the insight that people literally cut their credit cards when they want to curb their spending. We reproduced this with a cut credit card look that actually shares similar size and dimension to a regular business card.

Give some indication of how successful the outcome was in the market
The idea was shared wildly online and was tweeted by Jason Fried (Co-founder of 37Signals, makers of Basecamp) as the "Best business card I've ever seen".
