Describe the brief from the client
To demonstrate their good will in respecting the rich and precarious industrial history of the Griffintown quarter located in Montreal, two promoters wanted to communicate an image that was all-encompassing to its residents and its environment, with a vision toward the future and create a sense of belonging for those within its community among its future residents.

Describe how you arrived at the final design
As part of a brand inspired by the historical richness of its location, the Griffin typography represents and is reminiscent of the architecture that runs alongside the railway of that particular site.

Give some indication of how successful the outcome was in the market
The Discovery Center, permits an immersion into the complete project and of its surrounding neighborhood.
