Describe the brief from the client
To develop a new customer relationship materials kit, conceptually aligned with one of the company’s pillars [respect for life] and consistent with the sustainability policy and strategic design that the [branding and design] company produces.

Describe the challenges and key objectives
To introduce the reuse/recycle concepts and use of environmentally friendly materials [certified, recycled and recyclable] in a conscientious manner, aiming to reduce environmental impact without losing the sophistication and intelligent features of the work of this design and branding company, which are in the “DNA” of its brand.
And to awaken customer awareness concerning the "no waste" and return [for reuse] of materials produced/used, creating new habits and opportunities for discussions on processes and sustainability.

Describe how you arrived at the final design
The choice of recycled and recyclable materials was one of the premises: Kraft paper [which has been used by the company for 20 years] has remained, in addition to the boards made with MDF [reuse of waste wood], cardboard for packaging, "back-and-forth” bags and covers made in cotton. All this with the least possible print, from FSC certified suppliers.
Procedures have also been reviewed: now the materials are done on demand and only when strictly necessary. The design brought the consistency with the entire image strategy developed by the company over the years, with synthesis, sophisticated cutouts and surprising packages.

Give some indication of how successful the outcome was in the market
The customer relationship materials have made one of the pillars [respect for life] that supports the responsible attitude of Dupla Design, tangible to the world. The “back-and-forth” bag, for instance, has become an object of desire by customers and partners, so much so that it is now the basis for the company’s end-of-the-year gift.
In addition, we have created a customers policy to encourage them to return the materials introduced when no longer needed, which has opened a new relationship channel and enabled the reuse of all items and the recycling of paper used.
