Describe the brief from the client
Create an invite to announce the Fish and Chips Food Festival being held at Turquoise Cottage in New Delhi.

Describe the challenges and key objectives
Many restaurants have frequent food festivals. The challenge was to stand out in this clutter and create a distinct identity for the Fish and Chips Food Festival.

Describe how you arrived at the final design
Fish and Chips is one of the traditional foods of Britain. In the past, vendors used to wrap the meal in used newspapers and serve it. We reminded our customers about this English practise through an unusual invitation: the message was displayed on an old copy of The London Times that was stained with oil. The invitation evoked a bit of history and informed people about the food festival in a typically witty, understated English manner.

Give some indication of how successful the outcome was in the market
The Fish and Chips Festival was a resounding success and the restaurant was packed for the entire duration of the festival.
