Design a visiting card for friendsofbooks.com, a website that deals in second-hand books.

Describe the challenges and key objectives
The card was seen an opportunity to advertise about the website. We had to come up with a design that not only told book lovers about friendsofbooks.com, but also appeal to their sensibilities. We wanted people to talk about the card and even share it among their friends like they would with the books they read.

Describe how you arrived at the final design
Second-hand books have one distinct feature: they tend to be dog-eared. We folded the top right corner of the visiting card to create a dog-eared card! This simple, clever device communicated the nature of our business in a witty manner and spoke directly to the avid reader.

Give some indication of how successful the outcome was in the market
The innovative visiting cards helped spread the word about friendsofbooks.com. This low-budget, functional device punched way above its weight.
