The key objective was to showcase the superior print techniques on offer by creating a memorable item that would make sense of the Print Lounge as an idea.

Describe the brief from the client
To design a poster for a new materials library at Gavin Martin Associates called the Print Lounge. The libraries aim is to showcase outstanding creative examples of printed work to inspire designers and clients involved in print.

Describe how you arrived at the final design
The final solution became a full size printed version of a traditionally woven rug that rolls up as a promotional poster. The poster directly references an item synonymous with a lounge, to create a simple visual play.
