Describe the brief from the client
Richard House is London’s first Children’s Hospice. They wanted to build awareness of, and encourage greater participation in Wear Red, their biggest fundraiser. The name was changed to GO - RED! to give greater scope for participation.

Describe the challenges and key objectives
They needed an identity that captured the spirit of the event, encouraged participation and communicated the many ways you could now get involved. Being for a charity, cost was always critical.

Describe how you arrived at the final design
Borne of the Children’s game Consequences the identity is built from multiple images (and words) combined together to create amusing examples of how people can GO RED! Putting participation at its heart in a way that’s informative, energetic and fun!

Give some indication of how successful the outcome was in the market
The identity’s spawned loads of events, sparked off tons of new ways to join in, inspired an auction of fantastic illustrations, the kids got involved too... Images of people making their ideas happen will feed back in to the identity, inspiring next year’s GO RED!
