In just the first 6 months, the hmbldt dose pen has over 10k products in the market and has made its way to 200 dispensaries across California - delivering a safe, healthy alternative to everyday wellness. The dose pen continues to receive recognition and awards - including one of the best inventions of 2016 by Time Magazine, which received over 500mm impressions. Our digital presence has seen steady growth - with a current community of 5.8k+ followers and 12mm potential impressions across social media. And this is just the beginning. We expect to be in over 500 dispensaries by the end of this year and will continue our mission to be the leader in innovative, plant-based medicine providing access to cannabis to millions.
Synopsis:
Americans spend billions of dollars each year on pills riddled with side effects, ultimately requiring you to take more drugs to treat those side effects. But more people are turning to Mother Nature’s greatest gift: Cannabis. However, as cannabis becomes accepted as a legitimate remedy, there’s still the stigma of “reefer madness.”hmbldt introduces cannabis to open-minded people looking for a holistic solution to achieve health & happiness in mind, body, spirit, by creating a new, science-driven medicinal cannabis brand.
Execution:
There are 17 custom-designed and built components in the construction of the device resulting in a tamper-proof closed system ensuring quality control and a consistent experience for the user. A custom micro-controller limits the amount of vapor that is expelled with each draw. The user is gently alerted to the optimum dose via a haptic feedback feature (vibration), an industry first.By developing a cannabis brand with beautiful, innovative product design and a science-focused approach, hmbldt was able to become not just a new kind of cannabis company but a first-of-its-kind health and wellness brand, shedding the stigma of pot and creating an all-new category.
Campaign Description:
The patented hmbldt dose pen, a first of its kind in the industry, was built from the ground up using proprietary technology to deliver a precise and accurate dose with each use. Most vaporization devices on the market had been retrofitted from E-cigs, whereas the tech inside our dose pen was engineered specifically to deliver precise doses of targeted formulations helping patients find calm, sleep, relief or bliss.
