Describe the brief from the client
To create a limited-edition keepsake for visitors to an 8 year-old's inaugural self-titled art exhibition.

Describe the challenges and key objectives
The challenge lay in integrating the young artist's sketches and works into a pack, and housing the entire catalogue into a hand-silk-screened and hand-painted canvas.

Describe how you arrived at the final design
The catalogue features an art canvas which houses a myriad collection of his art. Each visitor takes home an individualised art piece, which the young artist painstakingly hand-painted and inked, as well as a booklet and cards showcasing miniature replicas of his original drawings and his interesting choices of medium (old receipts, ticket stubs, etc.). With it, more is discovered about this fledgling artist.

Give some indication of how successful the outcome was in the market
The limited run of 300 saw the sale of 250 catalogues at the exhibition, which attracted students, teachers and industry professionals. The exhibition and artist were also featured on the local TV stations, magazines and newspapers.
