They wanted a strong visual identity that could develop interest in dealers' minds towards the conference. This logo needed to convey that this meet would definitely be beneficial and worth attending.

To create a strong visual identity for an annual meet by IPOL - IPOL Auto Parts Manufacturers’ Meet 2009. It's an annual round table conference held for manufacturers of heavy machinery spare parts from around the world. They wanted a visual identity that even as a standalone could connote the core thought of the entire event.

Describe how you arrived at the final design
Considering the fact that gears are a vital part of any machinery, their shape was used as the biggest inspiration to create the logo.

Give some indication of how successful the outcome was in the market
The final outcome was that all invitees turned up for the meet.
