Describe the brief from the client
In April 2011, after 25 years in Clerkenwell, we moved to More London Riverside (close to London Bridge). Our new home by the river gave us the opportunity to reinvent our space.

Describe the challenges and key objectives
We were moving from a vertical office to a horizontal environment, so all our previous structures were inappropriate. The design needed to inspire us, facilitate great thinking, bond internal relationships and make the most of a truly great view.

Describe how you arrived at the final design
We immersed ourselves in our brand, and our city, and used both to create an inspirational journey through the new workplace. We’ve arranged ourselves around the river, so that we can really feel it. Also, every meeting space is different, because every day in our new home is different.

Give some indication of how successful the outcome was in the market
100% of the workforce reacted positively. We have also had an overwhelming response from clients, who love to visit us. They all agree that our environment has become one of our most positive assets.
