Describe the brief from the client

Lowe and Partners has agencies all throughout Asia Pacific, each with its own strong individual equity and heritage. We needed an identity for each agency, that illustrated each one's cultural uniqueness, while unifying them in the Lowe and Partners family.

Describe the challenges and key objectives
Our biggest challenge was to preserve each agency and country's individuality, while keeping a certain corporate consistency.

Describe how you arrived at the final design

It was a three-month collaboration of creative teams in 14 cities around Asia. Each country was briefed to identify a strong visual cue that uniquely represented an inside-view of their country, while remaining coherent together.

Give some indication of how successful the outcome was in the market
Industry experts and trade press touted this as a first in the region. This got spontaneous coverage in trade publications (on and offline) in every single market, including a few cover-stories. We received over 100 queries from existing and potential clients wanting to find out more about our new identities. At least 5 clients, who reached out to us through this, ended up as business relationships. Additionally, over 1,000 potential candidates approached us via our websites since the launch. Many of them mentioned the identities as one of the reasons they noticed Lowe.
