Beisser GmbH & Co. KG is a traditional company with a reputation for the finest meat products in Hamburg. For over 175 years, the family-owned business has stood for outstanding quality. At Beisser, tradition and innovation go hand in hand. In the ‘Art of Fleisch’ theme, Beisser are demonstrating their absolute commitment to meat as a product. For Beisser, meat is not simply just a food; it is a material they can work on like artists, until they reach perfection.

Describe the challenges and key objectives
The typographic recipe posters play with the ‘Art of Fleisch’ theme in a humourous way and aim to encourage customers to see meat as more than a food.

Describe how you arrived at the final design
To illustrate the sayings, specially-created alphabets have been cut out of each type of meat. There are small, humourous recipes on each poster that are intended as inspiration for some artistic cookery.
