Describe the challenges and key objectives
The objective of the communication design is to explicitly address business people from the offices nearby (the stock exchange and the banks), and inform them about Nykke & Kokki’s daily lunch offers. We had to find a design language that financial business people understand.

Describe the brief from the client
Nykke & Kokki is a restaurant chain in Frankfurt’s financial district, that delivers business lunch to local companies. We were asked to create a design language that perfectly suits this special target group, making Nykke&Kokki a synonym for local business food delivery.

Describe how you arrived at the final design
To address the target group, we decided to use their own language and their own codes: all communication was designed like business charts and placed in local business magazines and as citylight posters in front of the stock exchange and the big bank buildings in Frankfurts financial district.

Give some indication of how successful the outcome was in the market
Expectations were highly exceeded. With Nykke&Kokki, business people found their personal food delivery, and best indicator for success is, again, the language of business: the request grew significantly and led to the considerable expansion of business for Nykke&Kokki. In fact new outlets will be launched within the very next month.
