Without a well crafted brand profile, a brand may not seem attractive enough to suit their best markets and fortify their presence amongst consumers; hence it is adequate to carve a suitable brand perception to attract the respective target audience. There was a need of a catalyst to reinforce the above and bridge the existing gap between brands and consumers thus leading to the birth of the most path-breaking brand encyclopedia: PowerBrands. The vision of this pristine initiative was to act as a strategic tool in reinforcing the supremacy, legacy, sustainability & credibility of the Most Powerful Brands in India.

Describe the challenges and key objectives
PowerBrands India is a research and design oriented book of India's Most Powerful Consumer Brands(both national & international).The book was conceptualized to reflect the soul of each powerful brand so as to bridge the gap between the perceptions of the consumers and the brands, complementing the theme of the book:' From Evolution to Revolution'. One of the key challenges was showcasing the top brands and visually representing their soul with one of its kind world-class design elements juxtaposed with each brand's identity making the project sacrosanct.

Describe how you arrived at the final design
To understand the vision and the very essence of each PowerBrand, our team met each brand and garnered a first hand perspective of the same. A comprehensive design brief was created to give an initial framework to each brand. A design artwork which was a blend of the brand's identity and the PowerBrand ideology was crafted and reworked many a times to finally arrive at an extraordinary reflection depicting the soul of each brand.

Give some indication of how successful the outcome was in the market
Because of its world-class design, unparalleled style of writing and extensive research, the book has received tremendous response in the market. The PowerBrand logo is being extensively used by the brands for their various modes of communication and hence is becoming an identity symbol.
