Describe the brief from the client
In 2011, Societe des Ecrivains publishing house released a book called Tranches De Mort (Slices Of Life). The book that takes the matter of death very lightly and playfully. The task was to recruit readers from Facebook.

Describe the challenges and key objectives
As the book itself is controversial, we needed a very controversial idea and a very controversial piece of design.

Describe how you arrived at the final design
We created My-Own-Epitaph - an application that analyses your profile information and creates your personal epitaph. So was the design - a spooky digital cemetery with your gravestone in the centre.

Give some indication of how successful the outcome was in the market
- Over 10,000 people have visited my-own-epitaph.com and generated over 40,000 epitaphs
- Over 5,000 people dared to share their gravestone & epitaphs on Facebook
- The first print run of the book was sold out
