Describe the brief from the client
In a business where the product is almost a homogenous item, the client Urgent Rubber Stamp Makers wanted a business card that stands out from the rest of the competition.

Describe the challenges and key objectives
Rubber stamp makers come a dime a dozen. There is little effort spent on standing out from competitors. Many stamp makers believe their product is no different from the next stamp maker, leading to the status quo.

Describe how you arrived at the final design
We went back to the basics and to the core of the business and product. In its simplest form, the rubber stamp inspired the idea. The business card was created in the same fashion as a rubber stamp, from the material to the tactile feel. The idea was true to the function of the rubber stamp and it represented exactly what rubber stamp makers do best.

Give some indication of how successful the outcome was in the market
The new business card was an instant ice-breaker in new business meetings and accounted for a 18% increase in revenue as well as 25% in brand recall and new business enquiry.
