Challenges include sourcing 25,000 pencils with the right colour, something that's hard to find in the Indian market. All at a reasonable price.

To do something in our reception that would be cool and memorable.

Pencils are a symbol of our craft. And "Work is Worship" is a popular, resonant Indian. It just sort of fell into place.

We've had an incredible amount of press for not just our office but in particular our installation. Business Standard cited it as one of the top 5 things in our office.
