Describe the brief from the client
In 2011, Interbrand Sao Paulo debuted as host of the World Changing Brands Summit, a yearly encounter attended by the company’s leaders and world’s most acclaimed brand specialists. We needed to make it interesting and fascinating from beginning to end.

Describe the challenges and key objectives
Our goal was to raise awareness to Brazil as a creative, prosperous nation and impress this incredibly rigorous audience of attendees.
Our challenge was to create a visual identity specific for the event and produce a great amount of handmade materials and illustrations.

Describe how you arrived at the final design
Inspired by traditional Brazilian xylographic style, we created a complete identity for the World Changing Brands Summit event: a typographic family, illustrations, photographs and numerous hand-made materials depicting the different cultures and influences of Brazilian design.
Our idea is that no matter how technological the world has become, humans are the transforming force behind global brands.

Give some indication of how successful the outcome was in the market
All attendees felt fascinated with the overall experience. Our work not only made a good impression for our office, but for the creative community of Brazil.
To end on a high note, we put together an inspiring talk between brand specialists and Brazilian students in one of our well-known marketing universities.
