Describe the brief/objective of the direct campaign.
We addressed our campaign to all our customers and friends. We sent a holiday greeting email containing our Christmas wishes and a link to a microsite.
Describe the creative solution to the brief/objective with reference to the projected response rates and desired outcome.
The objective was to confirm among our client the agencies spirit: Nothing is Impossible. So for this Christmas we wanted to give them a very special gift, a Nothing is Impossible Gift.
Explain why the creative execution was relevant to the product or service.
We matched one of the most classical holiday greetings with a very innovative technical solution: Google street view. In this way we brought one of the most Christmassy experiences, the snow, in every part of the world, even in the ever sunny Italy. We gave to our clients a truly "Nothing is Impossible Gift".
Describe the results in as much detail as possible with particular reference to the RESPONSE of the target audience including deliverability statistics, response rates, click throughs, sales cost per response, relationships built and overall return on investment.
We received hundreds of enthusiastic emails from our clients and friends. And moreover our project was used by other offices of the Saatchi's network to make their Christmas wishes.
