Biborg and Sony Computer Entertainment unleashed the vengeance of Kratos for the digital launch of God Of War: Ascension.
‘God Of War: Ascension’ released for PlayStation on the 13th of March, allows players to discover the origins of ‘God of War’ in an epic game of action / adventure, in the heart of a mythical world full of Greek gods and monsters. The objective of the digital campaign is to increase awareness of the game with Top10 gamers and stage the thirst for Kratos’ revenge.
The teaser campaign began two weeks before the game's release in a "Filmstrip" format. Coming directly from the U.S.market, this new format of 300x1050mm is now recognised by the IAB and is beginning to gain a foothold in France, offering the ability to stream various rich media. For the campaign ‘God Of War: Ascension’, the format allows users to load several YouTube trailers with the option to view them full screen and with promotions to make a reservation for your copy.
Always motivated by the desire to innovate and enhance the user experience and enable their clients to stand out, Biborg agency has developed an interactive Preroll on various websites such as: Jeuxvideo.com. With this format, the user is invited to play a part of the game (interact) and liberate Kratos from the claws of a monster and slay it. Within the format, the user can also access the entire launch trailer, visit the official website and find the brand on all social networks. Thanks to the technology that hosts the Mediamind format, it is possible to study many performance indicators, mainly related to the involvement of the user with the brand, the level of interaction, frequency and average time of each interaction.
