Averagely employed people in Latvia spend 1/3 of their lives at workplace. That is the reason why the office gets called their second home and colleagues become good friends. Office is a specific area with special topics, jokes and interests. Worlds top Facebook pages regularly are joking about “how I hate my work”.
Research show that the audience is more engaged in interesting and funny content. Regular creation of interesting and viral content makes people engage with brand and follow it. When people are thinking of buying office supply, Rolling should be the first option on their minds.
Main strategy of Rolling Facebook communication is to be different and positive, to show the audience that work is something to be proud of. And there is a brand that understands you! So, our clients will like us, because we motivate their teams! Work on the campaign started with analysing competitors content on Facebook - best and worst posts on Latvian Facebook pages for the 2 past years.
There were different types of publishing material that could help in achieving the goal. Video content, live video, pictures, links, GIF or blog content. And the main idea was to make POSITIVE viral material that people would like to share.

Video content that is published on "Rolling" Facebook page is about funny moments from the office life, mainly those are funny memes. Video also is used to show the life of the "Rolling" office - interests, values and ideas of employees. Live video can be used to make a contest, where audience can engage while the video is streaming live. Pictures are used to inspire and motivate.

Rolling puts content of Facebook page 6 days a week. For 10 months while working hard on Rolling page we have gained 26 167 441 impressions for all content that was published on Facebook.
824 626 users were engaged by page, that is about a half of all residents of Latvia.
7 474 new followers. This result was achieved in only 10 months. That mean that there were in average 747 new users in a month.
Posts were shared 74 401 times and all videos were viewed 4 045 194 times. The main result of the working on Facebook page was the fact that Rolling became number 1 most influential brand on Facebook in Latvia and people associate this brand with something positive and open-minded.
