The Air New Zealand bot then replies with a link to your very own Emoji Journey. This personalized Google Maps overlay allows you to find out more about the destinations and activities on offer. Whether you comment with a 'wave emoji', 'shrimp emoji' or even 'poo emoji', there's an Emoji Journey for everyone.
