Challenge: Racing horses end up being slaughtered when they dont win races anymore how do we give them a nice retirement.
Insight: People gamble on all kind of stuff but it is only about winning.
Idea: We let people bet on which horse will finish last in a race. If you win, half of your price money goes to the retirement of the horse. Don't worry if you dont win, you betted money is already part of the prize money for the horses retirement.
