In Brazil not all buses are adapted for users with disabilities. In 2011, Joevanza – a brazilian transpor company – received lots of mensages from these users complaining that they couldn’t easily identify wgich buses were adapted. To solve this problem, the company installed stickers on all its adapted fleet.
